The camera had been there for quite some time, the team deduced by its rusty exterior. Beau placed it in his bag for safekeeping, and the team continued their research undisturbed. However, in the back of Beau’s mind, he couldn’t figure out how a camera had gotten there. Obviously, it was lost as nobody would willingly toss a piece of technology like this overboard.
